After I enter new Microsoft Dynamics GP Registration Keys I receive an error stating that my EthoTech Registration Keys are invalid. How do I resolve this?

EthoTech products are licensed based on the Dynamics GP version, the site name, and the Dynamics GP user count. You'll need to obtain new registration keys from EthoTech when:

  • You upgrade to a new Dynamics GP version
  • You change your Dynamics GP site name
  • You upgrade your Dynamics GP user count to more users than currently authorized by EthoTech

As of July 1, 2011, all EthoTech products are being provided to customers as a site license, which means there is a single price for each product that is NOT based on the Microsoft Dynamics GP user count. Any customers upgrading their Microsoft Dynamics GP user count to more users than currently authorized by EthoTech will be required to upgrade to our site license pricing at that time.

Please note, EthoTech can issue new registration keys only if your EthoTech Maintenance Plan is current.
