To find if it's an issue with an EthoTech report or all reports printing from Dynamics GP, please test printing a standard Dynamics GP report. If you receive the same results, please contact your Microsoft Dynamics Partner.
If you only experience this issue when printing Commission Plan reports, please contact the EthoTech Product Support team at support@ethotech.com or 678-384-7500 option 2.
