I received an error: "An error occurred obtaining a SQL Context during transfer of document XXXX to document YYYY - commissions were not transferred." What do I do?

ISSUE

I received the following error message:

"An error occurred obtaining a SQL Context during transfer of document XXXX to document YYYY - commissions were not transferred."

For Dexterity to run SQL code, a context needs to be obtained from the SQL Server. For some reason, the SQL Server could not get one, so the Commission Plan transfer code did not run. 

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, open up the Commission Plan Entry window [Sales Area Page > Transactions > Commission Plan > Commission Plan Entry] for each of the sales documents involved in the transfer, click the Update button, review the commissions, and then perform the transfer again (if the transfer did not succeed).
